CAD Pros

FAQ

1. What services does CAD Pros offer?

Please visit our Rates and Services page, but in a nutshell, CAD Pros specializes in paper to CAD conversion (2D and 3D) utilizing AutoCAD.  We also do basic drafting, detailing and dimensioning and even basic cleanup.

2. Can drawings completed by CAD Pros be stamped or certified by Engineers or Architects?

Sure.  But, Cad Pros accepts no liability regarding design flaws or drawing errors.  It is the responsibility of the design company to have the drawings checked and stamped by a licensed professional.

3. What if we find mistakes or need to make changes to the drawings?

Drafting errors and ommissions are included in the price quoted.  Minor changes may be included at no cost with prior consent from a CAD Pros drafter.  Major changes that do not include draftor error may cause additional charges.

 4. When is payment due?

Payment will be due within 7-10 business days of drawings being delivered.  If customer does not notify CAD Pros within this time frame of intent to request backfixing or changes, it will be assumed the drawings were approved and payment will be required.  For larger jobs, extended payment terms may be negotiated.

5. How do I pay for services?

Currently, CAD Pros can accept payment through PayPal's email invoicing system or by check.

6. What is PayPal's email invoicing system?

When the job is complete and you have received the drawings, CAD Pros will send an invoice, via email, utilizing PayPal.  The email will include a button that allows you to pay CAD Pros by bank, credit card or PayPal.  If you do not wish to send payment this way, we can accept personal or business checks the old fashioned way.
